A brief recap of my experience with Brady Homes goes as follows , Kevin /Tammy and the team of workers that make up Brady Homes are a hard working very dedicated team of people that have gave myself and my wife the up most attention with our new home, which I am sure for most is a very stressful time (Not the case with Brady) .I did not know Kevin before I started looking for a builder .We looked thru out the county and came across his sign in Harrow. After a couple meetings with Kevin and Tammy we felt very comfortable moving forward with Brady Homes as our builder . I found them very professional and very personable .I work in a business of tight timing and timelines that have to be met ,Brady Homes did not disappoint me in the least , They built my home within the exact time line called out at award of the business ,and walked thru every step of the build with myself along with my wife. Any additional items that I requested above and beyond were discussed and agreed to not to mention quoted to me very competitively .As I stated earlier I have nothing but good to say about Brady Homes and have, and will continue to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality builder that stands behind his work. In May 2014, my wife and I started to build our dream home. We did a lot of research and reference checks to find the right builder. Brady Homes & Construction came highly recommended and we understood why after speaking with Kevin and viewing some of his homes. The amount of time Kevin and Tammy spent with us, before a shovel even went into the ground was unbelievable. For something that could be extremely stressful, Brady Homes made the process of building a home easy. Kevin and his crew worked hard, but always had time to answer our questions and give us advice when we needed it. They understood the excitement my wife and I had building our dream home and always made us feel welcome when we would stop in to see the progress. Their professionalism, experience and attention to detail showed in their work. I don’t think you can have a better team, than the one Kevin has working for him. My wife and I were expecting our first baby in early September which put Kevin on a tight timeline to finish the house before the baby came. They not only finished our house on time, but they finished it early, giving us time to prepare for our baby. Our dream house turned out perfect and that’s all thanks to Kevin, Tammy and their team.
