This was our first building experience and our dealings with Brady Homes have been a pleasure from picking the lot to moving in. We had heard "horror stories" concerning the process of picking shingles,
brick, flooring, lighting, plumbing, etc., but nothing could be further from the truth. Kevin and Tammy guided us through the process in a simple and timely fashion. We found their assistance with
choices, quality, and workmanship ideal.
We were welcomed on the building site throughout the various stages of construction. The crew were friendly and
accommodating, with explanations given at each step from framing to completion. Each sub-contractor did his part of the job efficiently and on time. Kevin Brady
was "hands on" and available on site to accommodate our many questions and offered a good deal of sensible suggestions.
Brady Homes completed on time and Tammy and crew cleaned from top to bottom, even the windows, before handing over the keys to a very satisfied and happy couple. We are very pleased proud and appreciative of our new home.

exceeded our expectations at times. With Kevin handling construction, trades people, scheduling and quality demands, the process of building a house was stress free.
